The add-on depicts the ring of Berlin's S-Bahn and mainline railroads in the state of 2022. A branch line leads in the north to Pankow. The mainline is drivable from Treptower Park to Güterbahnhof Treptow (after a loop around the ring).

Signals, safety equipment and track markings are available for the S-Bahn and mainline tracks. The signals of the S-Bahn are still secured with track stops. The authors have taken great pains to depict the cityscape as recognizably as possible. Garbage, dirt and graffiti graffiti are at best hinted at. We were of the opinion: the role model is dirty enough, there is no need to simulate it this way.

Tempelhof Airport is an exception in the temporal representation. This airport is still used in the simulation. Some signal boxes that have already been demolished (Frankfurter Allee B2, Ostkreuz OKO) have been given a virtual monument, contrary to the prototype. Also, the signal boxes that are no longer in use do not look as rancid as they do in reality, but appear well-kept and preserved.

ALSO ATTENTION: this is an unfinished software. It allows you to get to know the product and try it out. Your feedback to support ät virtualTracks PuNkT net is explicitly welcome. Your wishes, ideas, conceptions, errors found by you and subsequently fixed will flow into the final product Berliner Ringbahn. AND: the final product is included in the purchase price. When the Ringbahn is finally finished, you can download it here without any additional charge. Completion of the add-on is planned before Christmas 2023.

Technical requirements To play the add-on for Train Simulator Classic, you will need:

Software:

• Train Simulator Classic,
• European Loco and Asset Pack.

As hardware, a computer of at least this configuration is recommended:

• CPU: Intel i5 or better,
• Memory: 16 MB or more,
• Hard disk for simulator and add-on: SSD-M2 min. 256 GB,
• Powerful graphics card with at least 4GB memory.

The Ringbahn Berlin add-on runs completely in the Berlin city area, so the requirements for the computer are quite high.
